About Bageriet Lördag
Bageriet Lördag means "The Saturday Bakery", and that’s exactly what it is! A small, once-a-week pop-up bakery in Stockholm, Sweden, run by me, Cecilia Tolone.
For years, I’ve shared my love of Swedish baking online, developing and testing recipes behind a screen. But I wanted something more real, something I could share beyond social media. I wanted to bake for actual people, to meet them, to have them taste my work. And so, Bageriet Lördag was born.
Every Saturday, I offer a limited number of preordered pastry boxes. The menu changes weekly, always featuring seasonal and high-quality ingredients. My goal is simple: to create something special, something worth looking forward to every week.
This is just the beginning. I have big dreams for Bageriet Lördag, and I’m so excited to take you along for the ride.
