Bageriet Lördag means "The Saturday Bakery" in Swedish, and that’s exactly what it is! A small, once-a-week pop-up bakery in Stockholm, Sweden, run by me, Cecilia Tolone.

FAQ - Bageriet Lördag

General Information

  • Bageriet Lördag is a small, one-day-a-week pop-up bakery where you can preorder handmade Swedish pastries. Everything is made in small batches with high-quality ingredients, and the menu changes each week.

  • It translates to "The Saturday Bakery", because that’s exactly what it is! A bakery open only on Saturdays.

  • We’re open on Saturdays for preordered pickups only. Orders open every Tuesdays at 12:00 (noon) and close on Wednesday at 12:00 (noon) or earlier if we sell out.

  • We are located in Stockholm, Sweden.  

  • Sometimes! Everything we make is made to order but occasionally we have a bit extra to sell for walk ups. Updates are posted to @bagerietlordag on instagram so be sure to check there for before stopping by. 

  • Because this bakery is a passion project! I wanted to create something real, not just baking behind a screen, but making pastries that people can actually eat. Running a one-day-a-week bakery lets me keep quality high, experiment with new recipes, and still have time to create content and build a community.

Ordering & Pickup

  • Orders open on Tuesday at 12:00 (noon) and close on Wednesday at 12:00 (noon), or when we sell out. The link to the order form changes every week and is posted on @bagerietlordag on Instagram. Be sure to check there if you want a box! 

  • Pick-ups are on Saturdays, between 11:00 and 12:00 in Vasaparken. 

  • Unfortunately, since everything is baked fresh to order, I can’t hold onto your pastries if you miss your pickup. If you’re running late, let me know as soon as possible, and I’ll do my best to help!

  • Yes! Just make sure they have your order confirmation.

The Menu & Pricing

  • Each box contains four different pastries and the menu changes every week! There is almost always a mini cake, a cookie, a bun and then something random like a scone or brownie.  Expect high-quality, handmade Swedish and American pastries with a mix of classics and seasonal flavors.

  • No, the box is pre-set each week. I curate the selection based on seasonality and what I’m excited to bake! If there’s something you’re hoping to see, let me know—I love feedback.

  • Each box costs 250 SEK.

  • Right now, Bageriet Lördag is not an allergy-friendly bakery. Since I work in a small space, I can’t guarantee that anything is completely free from cross-contamination. I may offer gluten-free or dairy-free options in the future, but for now, almost everything contains gluten, dairy, eggs and often nuts.

Payments & Policies

  • All orders are prepaid when you check out. Payments are processed through Stripe.

  • Stripe processes all international cards.

  • No, all orders must be prepaid through the order form.

Other Questions

  • Right now, Bageriet Lördag is only offering one weekly pastry box. I may take special orders in the future, but for now, everything is pre-set and preorder only.

  • Not at the moment, but I may offer this in the future! If you’re interested in a bulk order, send me a message at hello@ceciliatolone.com, and we can discuss options.

  • Maybe! The long-term dream is to open a real bakery, but only one day a week—just like Bageriet Lördag is now. For now, I’m focusing on perfecting this concept and seeing where it takes me.
